A statistical model trained on verified sold prices from the Property Price Register, combined with each home's recorded attributes and its local market. The report always shows a range, never a false-precision single number, and lists the comparable sales behind it.
Is this a professional valuation?
No. It is a data product for buyers doing their own research — it does not replace a chartered valuer's report, a survey, or financial advice. Sources are cited throughout so you can verify everything.
Which properties can get a report?
Almost any residential property in Ireland that we can locate and describe — for sale, recently sold, or off-market. If we can't generate a meaningful report for a property, we won't sell you one.
How long does it take?
