RETENTION AND PERMISSION: The development seeking retention permission consists of the provision of a car parking facility. The development seeking permission will consist of the extension of the existing car parking facility, the erection of a 2.4m high boundary fence along the perimeter of the site, the installation of an access barrier and ticket kiosk, along with all associated site works.

Planning permission for alterations to a development originally approved under Reg. Ref. 4596/18. The alterations for which planning permission is sought includes: (i) internal modifications and reconfiguration of the first and second floor levels to provide an additional 2 no. units and a revised unit mix; and (ii) all associated works, including boundary treatments, drainage and engineering works necessary to facilitate the development. The alterations result in an increase from 6 no. one-bed units (as originally approved under Reg. Ref. 4596/18) to 8 no. units (3 no. studio and 1 no. one-bed units at first floor level, and 3 no. studio and 1 no. one-bed units at second floor level).

Planning permission for the alterations and amendments to previously granted planning application ref. 3391/20 and ABP Ref ABP-310686-21 . The proposed works will comprise of alterations and amendments to the approved 2nr three-bedroom two storey townhouses totalling 207 sq.m. The new proposed works comprise of 6nr. two-bedroom apartment units in 2nr. blocks of three storeys, totalling 438.09 sq.m with projecting balconies to the west elevation. The proposed development retains the 3nr. car parking spaces to the rear as well as proposed landscaping and associated ancillary works include a communal open space, bicycle parking, waste-management room, permeable paving to the existing car parking area where 2nr. Spaces will be dedicated to the main apartment block. Vehicular access to the development is via the existing entrance to the St. Peter's Square Development and via a laneway from Royal Canal Bank / Eglinton Terrace.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE : RETENTION/PERMISSION :1. Retention planning permission for the removal of an existing concrete accessibility ramp and associated handrails on the east side of the church and 2. permission for the construction of a new granite accessibility ramp with stainless handrails and all associated site works on the east side .

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: We, Botanic Business Centre Unlimited Company, intend to apply for permission for development at Unit 3 Botanic Business Centre, Botanic Road, Dublin 9, D09 TV05 (bounded by Iona Crescent to the east; and Former John Player’s Factory to the west [Protected Structure]). The development will consist of the proposed change of use of this single storey light industrial/ warehouse unit with ancillary offices at ground floor level and stores at mezzanine level to a car storage facility with ancillary offices at ground floor level (the stair access to the existing mezzanine level will be closed/blocked off); internal modifications to facilitate this use including upgrade works to provide additional office rooms, meeting room, and staff facilities including kitchen, showers, locker and changing rooms; proposed widening and associated upgrade works to the unit’s existing external northwestern access ramp; 9 no. proposed external bicycle spaces to the immediate south of the unit (i.e. 4 no. covered Sheffield stands and 1 no. cargo bicycle space); reconfiguration of the existing southeastern car parking spaces to include 1 no. EV charging space and widening of 1 no. existing car parking space to provide 1 no. EV charging/accessibility space; and all associated site works necessary to facilitate the development. Planning permission for this change of use is being sought for a temporary period of 7 years.
