Permission for retention of development to a dwelling house at Woodhouse Eaves, Ballincrokig, Dublin Pike, Cork T23TX90 as amended from granted planning application no. 06/4207. The development changes consist of the following for which retention is sought: Main dwelling: (1) Reduction in ridge and eaves heights and relocation and resizing of windows and doors to suit. (2) Omission of bay window. (3) Addition of single-storey store/boiler room to the northern gable on the ground floor. (4) Reduction in floor area to the first floor. Garage: (1) Increased ridge height and addition of first floor accommodation ancillary to the main dwellinghouse. (2) Relocation and resizing of windows and doors. Shed/Store: (1) Addition of new shed/store.

Permission for the retention of (A) A single-storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling house, (B) A balcony/terrace on the extension roof with external stairs access, (C) 3 no. basement store rooms underneath the existing dwelling house, (D) 2 no. rooflights in the rear roof and all associated works.

Permission for change of house type and detached garage as previously granted under Planning Ref. no. 22-40822 and all associated ancillary site development works.

Permission for a LargeScale Residential Development (LRD) at this site at Dublin Pike and Ballyhooley Road, Ballincrokig, Cork City. The development will comprise: (i) the construction of 166no. residential dwellings comprising 26no. 1-bed apartments and 42no. 2-bed apartments in 12no. 2 storey blocks and 2no. 3-storey duplex blocks, 20no. 2-bed townhouses, 18no. 3-bed townhouses, 42no. 3-bed semi-detached houses, and 18no. 4-bed semi-detached houses, all 2-storeys in height; (ii) the construction of an extension to previously permitted crèche TP21/40038 (PL.28.311730) to allow for an increase of its capacity from 40no. child spaces to 76no. spaces; (iii) a new vehicular access from the Ballyhooly Road and a new vehicular access from the L2980 road (iv) vehicular/pedestrian connections to the south through permitted development TP21/40038 (PL.28.311730) which leads through Coppenger Fields development (v) car and bicycle parking, bin storage facilities and public lighting throughout scheme; (vi) landscaping, neighbourhood and local play areas and an ecology corridor to stream along Ballyhooley Road; (vii) drainage and surface water management works including attenuation basins and swales, and (viii) all associated boundary, site and development works. Permission for 2 no. units for warehousing/ logistics use with ancillary spaces with provision made for future first floors, parking spaces and loading bays to serve new units, ne site entrance, site boundary works, signage, public sewerage connection, all accessed from existing industrial estate road and all associated works.

Permission for development which will consist of 5 no. light industrial/warehouse units with ancillary offices, and site development works. Site development works to include, resurfaced access road, car parking, hardstanding, delivery areas, footpaths, pedestrian crossings, lighting, boundary treatment, drainage and landscaping works.
